Lower Stacker Master Buildup: Do you have a one level Up-Stacker? If so, J&R's lower stacker master buildup eliminates having to build a tall pusher assembly for every job. The buildup permanently mounts to the machines lower stacker press. It has an indexable mounting hole pattern for easy bolt-in mounting of the custom pusher assembly.
Common sense says, the taller a pusher is, the more it cost to build. By utilizing a lower stacker master buildup, pusher assemblies can be designed at much shorter heights eliminating that extra expense on all tools.
